Tancredo to officially announce today; Hickenlooper continues to have fun

Tom Tancredo will officially announce his run for gubinor as the American Constitution Party's candidate at 3:00 today. In case you're not familiar with the American Constitution Party you can read their platform (which no longer exists on their site but is available through Google cache).
